Shipping & faq
Shipping: Please allow up to two weeks (depending on the item) for orders to be processed and shipped. All orders are made to order specifically for you.
We are a very small business so please be patient with us. Your order is coming!
You will receive an email with tracking info once your order ships. If you need your order by a certain date, send us an email and we will do our best to accommodate you.
If your tracking number has not updated and you haven't received your order it is possible that USPS lost your package. In that case please email us and we will ship out a new package.
Return Policy: Returns and exchanges are not accepted. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order or need a different size, please send us an Email.
Pull Policy: Upstreet Kid allows stylist pulls for photoshoots, video shoots, and events. We are located at @pr_solo showroom in Los Angeles.
